Welcome to The Kana Initiative

The Kana Initiative is a program designed to bring affordable and easily accessible LGBTQIA+  education to small to medium businesses and community organisations. Founded by prominent athlete, business woman and transgender spokesperson Hannah Mouncey The Kana Initiative is a leader in providing LGBTQIA + and mental health education to organisations in Australia and around the world.

The Kana Initiative aims to provide a viable alternative to LGBTQIA+ education and training solely marketed, designed and priced for the big end of town. We provide affordable training as well as ongoing  development and support to help your business or sports club grow by becoming more inclusive. Training can be done online or in person, and we provide 12 months ongoing support to implement your inclusion goals.

Some of the organisations Hannah has previously worked with include the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, Cricket Australia and Price Waterhouse Coopers, more information on who Hannah has worked with can be found here. In addition to this, Hannah can be regularly seen as a guest on programs across the media landscape.
