The Rainbow Package is our top level membership, and is ideal for larger businesses and community organisations. As a part of The Rainbow package, your staff/ member training is delivered in person, which can make for a real break in the week for your staff and can become somewhat of an event. These sessions often tie in well around activities for events such as IDAHOBIT Day or Wear it Purple day, and can be a real highlight of the business year. As part of the Rainbow Package you receive all the benefits of the Rose Gold package, plus additional benefits.

12 month membership of The Kana Initiative- $1750 plus GST per year
Initial get to know you session with your board/ key people to tailor education/ resources to suit the organisation
2 x 2 hour in person training sessions (or using teleconference software such as zoom at your request- Travel and accommodation is at an additional cost if needed).
4 x ads on the Kana jobs board each month
1 x additional 90 minute online training session on a topic of the organisations choice every 6 months (within the LGBTQIA+ or mental health spectrum)
12 months ongoing advice and support for all member organisations. The Kana Initiative can guarantee a next business day or sooner response on all enquiries for advice from members.
