About The Kana Initiative
The Kana Initiative is a program designed to bring affordable and easily accessible LGBTQIA + education to small and medium businesses and community organisations. Founded by prominent athlete, business woman and transgender spokesperson Hannah Mouncey, The Kana Initiative is a leader in providing LGBTQIA + and related mental health education to organisations in Australia and around the world.

At the Kana Initiative, there is no need for any of our members to have any prior knowledge or experience with the LGBTQIA+ community to come on board. Our training is from the ground up, giving you the ABC's of the LGBT, whilst also coaching you on how your business can become more profitable as a result of being a leader in this space.
That's right, we openly tell the world we want you to make money off pride and being a rainbow ally, so long as it's backed up by action. Nearly all the multinationals do it, so why shouldn't you? Our belief at The Kana Initiative is that if you want to help the world be a better place, then we absolutely want to help you be as successful as can be.
